Agile Delivery Manager with QA Focus (hands-on)

Skills & experience we are looking for:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration skills
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master or QA Engineer in an Agile software development team
• Practical knowledge of Scrum methodology and the Scrum Master role
  General familiarity with software development processes and life cycle (CI/CD, Version Control, APIs, Mobile application development and release)
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of testing methodologies
• Passion for teamwork, mentoring, organizing, and motivating people
• Experience in managing software releases, coordinating deployments, or ensuring smooth feature rollouts is a plus
• Experience in QA Engineer role is a plus

Your primary responsibilities will be:  

• Contributing to digital product development, ensuring high-level project overview, prioritization, product backlog creation, refinement, and implementation
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, taking care of delivery and release management process
• Boosting and promoting Agile mindset Hands on help to deal with team impediments, end users support-cases and problem-solving activities
• Designing, developing, and executing test cases to ensure software quality
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, working closely with developers to resolve them

Preliminary salary (before taxes)* from 3000 €
*Will be agreed with each candidate depending on position, level, role, knowledge, experience, and capabilities.
