IT Consultant
Role Description:
Your primary responsibilities will be:
Provide user support via clients’ IT ticketing tools or email
Investigate, find and implement best solutions to help users and solve issues
Manage and maintain tickets during incident/request lifecycle
Make decisions on ticket escalation to the relevant teams
Ensure active communication with users
Consult clients on relevant topics
Main Requirements and Skills:
Fluent written and spoken English
Good communication skills
Service orientation and proactivity
Teamwork experience is preferred
Experience in working with Ticketing systems
Experience in IT Support
Background in IT education is preferred
Additional Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 services is a plus

Preliminary salary range (before taxes): 2243,81 € - 2809,91 €
