IT Consultant

Role Description:

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Provide user support via clients’ IT ticketing tools or email

  • Investigate, find and implement best solutions to help users and solve issues

  • Manage and maintain tickets during incident/request lifecycle

  • Make decisions on ticket escalation to the relevant teams

  • Ensure active communication with users

  • Consult clients on relevant topics

Main Requirements and Skills:

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Good communication skills

  • Service orientation and proactivity

  • Teamwork experience is preferred

  • Experience in working with Ticketing systems

  • Experience in IT Support

  • Background in IT education is preferred

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 services is a plus

Preliminary salary range (before taxes): 2243,81 € - 2809,91 €

 *Will be agreed with each candidate depending on position, level, role, knowledge, experience, and capabilities.
